Most standard repairs are completed the same day if the spare part is in stock.
Do you repair older or less common models?
Yes, we repair virtually all brands. For older models, we first check part availability.
What if the repair is not worthwhile?
We will tell you straight away. You only pay for diagnostics and avoid an unnecessary repair.
Will I lose the data on my phone during repair?
For most repairs, your data remains untouched. We still recommend having a backup.
How can I bring or send my device?
Bring the device to our Prostějov workshop or use one of our collection points.
